Saw a silver 2009 Cadillac xxx on front lot. Stopped to look and salesman, Joe, was very friendly and helped to us buying this car . Excellent customer interaction
Great service from Cj the minute we arrived to look for a truck for my son.He even brought Dan the owner out to meet us and go over the truck.The only down fall was they were short handed on finance people that day and we had to wait along time to purchase the truck,but Dan the owner fed us panda express which is my son's favorite and made up for it.Great used car dealer compared to the others we looked at.Thanks Cj and Dan.

Best Used Car Experience Ever
The horror stories one hears about used car sales people do not apply to Arrotta's. CJ was friendly, knowledgeable and quite helpful without being pushy. Then, Mike, in the financing department, was efficient and swift while making sure I understood the paperwork I was signing. I expect the vehicle I purchased to be my last. However, should I need to buy another, I will not hesitate to contact Arrotta's again!

“Ad Lead Ins, Hot Rolling, Lotsa Volume”
These guys are All Bout Closing. Very aggressive, and not shy about calling and texting profusely before and after the purchase of your car, as it may take a while to actually finalize the transaction even after you sign A LOT of paperwork and drive it home. That being said, I have been looking for this 2017 car since I decided to buy one-back towards the end of 2017! It is even better than what I was looking for (a Titanium!) and an AWD. I didn’t care about color, but I love the color. It is beautiful, fast, comfy, gets over 40 miles to the gallon. Arotta’s said they would pay for a small paintless dent repair on the passenger side-and they did. It looks great, the mileage and price were in my desired range (both at the higher end, of course) and it is great to drive. I am totally happy with my purchase, I feel grateful to have found the car that I wanted at a price I can afford.

All and all, this was a great experience buying our like new 2015 F250 from Arrotta's Car Max. No wonder CJ is salesman of the month. He is genuinely sincere and gained our trust quickly, no pressure, totally focused on our wants and needs. Tyler helped greatly also in bringing all the players to the issues and making it quite clear that management is as involved as the salesperson in reassuring those needs are met. Only one little issue of detailing that didn't get accomplished but repairs and new tires that were promised happened without fail. Truck shopping
CJ was our salesman. He wasn't pushy to look at items. He listened and was real patient. However a little disappointed the vehicle didn't come with an electronic key to open the door. They only 1 key they had was a regular key to open the door. I would of felt better if this was brought up in our discussion. Those keys from the dealer is very expensive. They did throw in a bed liner because the inside of the bed was scratched up.

The sales was miss leading about the cost of broken items on van. The engine was oil was over filled from the oil change and caused a high pressure oil like a come on. There was a engine hose with a gash in it the stop the truck from passing and A gash in the back tire To the steel cords. The last is that the price was raised $2,000 the next day after I submitted a request through Cargura website and received a email and voice mail from salesmen before price was increased. I fill taken for $2,000 and was provide less then true full about repairs. The test drive was short and not on a freeway. Buyer beware.

I've been wanting to get a new car for months and a few co workers told me about this place an told me to come check em out. Jeremy was keeping in contact with me for about a month on when I was ready to come in an take a look an some cars and get a new one an I told him I was worried about my credit an how much I could put down. But he took care of all that for me. I told him I loved kias so he found me one that was in my price range and that wasn't a crappy car. I took it for a spin an fell in love. Great, no headache experience.
Salesman Jeremy treated me very well and even picked me up from my house to take me to the dealership so I could ride my new motorcycle home. The only glitch whatsoever is that getting the final paperwork ready took awhile. But that’s probably on me. I should have asked before hand when they expected the paperwork to be ready to go and shown up then. I ended up paying cash, but they did good work finding me a great interest rate in case I decided to make payments. Overall I definitely recommend Arrotta’s and Jeremy in particular! Oh they also filled my gas tank for me!

Great people very helpful
I lived two hrs away from the dealership and the salesman went out of his way to make sure I had exactly what I wanted and needed. I use my vehicles for pulling horse trailers and equipment and he understand instantly that I was there to buy a vehicle and make sure it was the one for me to pull and drive with. Chase tried hard but was let down by the mechanics
The process started amazing. Chase was consistently available, honest and an excellent salesman. The team was friendly and worked directly with Numerica for me. After I had left I took the vehicle to the shop and found it had blown right front strut. Naturally I called the dealership as they didn’t tell me of this issue. Their response was sorry, better luck next time. Their mechanics were supposed to give the vehicle an inspection and somehow missed an incredibly obvious problem. Either they did not inspect it or they are incompetent. No matter the reason, their apathy and lack of making things right drops them to a 1 star place.

no discount received
As we looked over the car and researched the financing I was told by Eric we could take about $1500 off the top price due to dings and dents however the financing was an exhausting event by the timee the papers were signed the discount of $1500 we discussed was forgotten. I was charged full price and was given zero discount. A discount should have been offered the dent really bothers me being I'm paying up for this vehicle and will be repairing the dents out of pocket in the near future if Eric won't see his word through about seeing if Terry will agree to have it repaired with no out of pocket on my behalf. I'm pretty sure it's been forgotten since I've heard nothing back about it. I thank AJ for pushing for my financing approval and I love my new car and minus the dent.

Honest, fair, and diligent.
Our salesman was professional, friendly, patient, thourough and went the extra mile for us. He made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Our salesman, Eric, was kind and honest, he listened to our needs. No pressure for a sale. The only hiccup in the process was that we had to go to another location to find the car we were looking for. The paperwork process was extremely slow due to only having one computer at the site. But the overall experience buying a car was wonderful!

My husband and I purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 from Jeff. Jeff worked very hard to get us what we wanted and seemed sincere. I was not happy that they sold me a truck that was not detailed and still had pine needles in the back and chips and receipts in the middle console. We’re going back on Saturday to possibly buy another vehicle so I’m hoping they do the right thing and detail my new truck and put new tires on it that are needed.

My husband and I purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 from Jeff. Jeff worked very hard to get us what we wanted and seemed sincere. I was not happy that they sold me a truck that was not detailed and still had pine needles in the back and chips and receipts in the middle console. We’re going back on Saturday to possibly buy another vehicle so I’m hoping they do the right thing and detail my new truck and put new tires on it that are needed.
